What is one thing you're looking forward to leading or improving as a Year 6 leader in 2026?
In 2026, I'm looking forward to making primary assemblies more fun and interesting. I'm also excited about being relied on, being responsible and taking care of the community. I want to help others feel accepted and comfortable to be at Saint Mary's.
How do you hope others feel when they see you as a leader?
I hope other students look-up to us and feel comfortable with us being the captains for 2026.
What's one helpful tip or way of thinking that gave you the confidence to become a leader?
Having grown-up at Saint Mary's and knowing all the staff gave me the confidence to become a leader. I want to follow my sister's footsteps and help kids. I also want to be trusted by others and make things fun and exciting.

In 2026, I'm looking forward to having the responsibility of a leader, and being able to make some improvements to Saint Mary's.
How do you hope others feel when they see you as a leader?
I hope other students feel comfortable around me and feel like they can talk to me.
What's one helpful tip or way of thinking that gave you the confidence to become a leader?
I decided to become a leader because I believe that if there is something that you want, then you should have a go. It doesn't matter if I got captain or not, I still gave it my best.

I hope they feel supported and happy for me to be there.

My mum said it doesn't matter if you don't get captain, as least I tried, and everybody will be a leader in Year 6.
