Get Set for Prep is a child-centered readiness program that focuses on nurturing and scaffolding the essential skills needed for a successful transition to Prep. We understand that starting school can be both exciting and daunting for young learners, and our program aims to make this transition positive, safe, and empowering.
Get Set for Prep is a child-centred readiness program at Saint Mary’s Catholic College, designed to support a smooth and confident transition into school. Through engaging activities, children develop early literacy and numeracy skills, build social connections, and become familiar with the school environment in a safe and nurturing setting. This is a weekly term-time event for families preparing for Prep.
