Positive Behaviour 4 Learning (PB4L)​​

The PB4L program is a suite of evidence-based initiatives that focus on improving the behaviour and well-being of students.

At Saint Mary's Catholic College, the PB4L program aims to foster a positive culture where students are encouraged to do the right thing. This program is overseen by our PB4L committee, who works on implementing the College's values (SOAR) and classroom procedures. Ultimately, this program helps to equip teachers with the knowledge and skills to effectively manage classroom behaviour whilst creating a supportive learning environments.
